When the time came to sell my mother's home, I wanted a successful, established realtor who knew the area. Eric and Andrea met these requirements perfectly. They are very professional, yet down to earth. These are not high-pressure salespeople. They have no need to be. The market analysis of my mother's home that they provided allowed us to make well informed decisions as we moved forward in the process of selling the home. They timed the advertising and open house in the best way possible to build interest in the property. My mother had an offer for the full asking price within days of the listing going active on the MLS. Living out of town, I was especially grateful to Eric and Andrea for keeping me very well informed every step of the way. Whenever I contacted them with a question, they always responded promptly. My parents built their forever home in 1963. Getting it sold was not a task I took lightly. I could not have asked for better realtors than Eric and Andrea to act on our behalf.
